This week Naby is chatting to the founder of PUML Damien King.
Damien is an experienced technologist and advisor with a rich heritage in mobile application development, deep tech and startups. He has more than 19 years of experience in technology and engineering and is an avid blockchain advocate, founding PUML Better Health, a blockchain challenge platform to incentivize and reward healthy behaviours and wellbeing.
He acts as a Technology Advisor and Investor for several local startups and has his own boutique App Development Studio, Adaptive Media. He has Founded/Co-Founded multiple companies including Beeliked Media, a SaaS Social Promotions Platform and completed 3 accelerators including Microsoft Ventures, UQ Ventures and a blockchain sportstech accelerator with Hype Spin in association with New York University.
Previously to startups Damien spent 7 years at Virgin Media in the UK as Head of Development, Digital Entertainment helping to deliver their STB VOD and on demand video and music streaming services. Damien also worked as a contractor for companies like BHP Billiton and other major companies such as The BBC, British Telecom and GlaxoSmithKline. Damien is a qualified Scrum Master an Agile Practitioner and a Senior member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS Snr CP). In this week's episode, Naby and Damien will talk about
