Praveen Jayasuriya is an engineer and entreprenuer ~ passionate about data science for social good, with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. His experience cuts across electronics engineering, software engineering, manufacturing, research & development and executive management in both startups and legacy business organisations.
Praveen was the Entrepreneur in Residence and Innovation Manager specialising in wearable technology for Twinery (twinery.co) - the innovation arm of the soft goods manufacturing giant, MAS Holdings. He led the development of a brand new fabric composite capable of managing stress urinary incontinence for women. Praveen holds the patent for this invention which led to a new spinoff business opportunity for MAS under the global brand Speax by THINX
He co-founded the Sydney-Colombo based data analytics and AI startup Trabeya (trabeya.com) which was succesfully sold to private equity in 2017.
Bruce is a senior executive with 38 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry. He was the Chief Executive Officer of LIXI Limited, a member based organisation that manages the data standard for the mortgage lending industry. Previously he was the Project Director of Westpac Banking Corporation’s electronic conveyancing initiative and Chief Manager, Internal Audit at Bank of Melbourne.
He has consulted to a number of fintech startups, primarily on residential mortgage origination, capital raising and investment. He has worked with key players in the Australian conveyancing industry and, for five years, sat on the National Electronic Conveyancing Systems (NECS) Steering Committee as the banking industry representative.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia. He is a Director, and Company Secretary, of a privately held property investment company.

Aisha is knowledgeable in Lean Startup methodology and is a strong advocate for hyper-personalization of insurance products that better serve the customer.
Jatin Bodara is a product designer at Hustle Coverhero. He has been a software engineer since 2016 and has enabled the idea into a product during his career. During his time at Disruptive Innovation, he has developed web, mobile, and ERP solutions for improving user flow and backend architecture.
